Vintage 1960's Vendome Flower Mesh Bib Necklace and Clip On Earrings Set

This signed Vendome mesh bib necklace and clip-on earrings set are both delicate and elegant.  The pieces have a bright, unblemished glossy gold tone finish.   The necklace is 14" with a hook clasp and is made of delicate flower-like disks forming a mesh V shape bib.  The bib is 51/2" long. The earrings have a cluster of the flower disks that form a shimmering dangle.  They are 1 1/2" long and 1" wide.  The earrings have the Vendome screw in the top of the clip so the tension can be adjusted for comfort. The necklace is signed on the hook, and the earrings, which are not signed, have a patent number. Vendome was the high-end subsidiary of Coro and was in existence from 1944-1979.  From the style of this set, it was likely produced in the 1960s. This piece looks as if it was never worn. Shiny and in perfect condition. It's as if it was tucked in its box and forgotten. This is a GORGEOUS statement piece. You will definitely be wearing a one of a kind when you show it off.
