My husband bought me these at Sak’s in NYC just before we were engaged. I wore them maybe 6-7 times to special events. Then I got pregnant with twins and my feet have never been the same. I can’t fit my wider foot in the almond-shaped toe bed anymore. Ugh! These are in such amazing shape. Not a mark to be seen on the heels or toes. Dust bag, heel replacements, box, and original receipt are all included! The way I felt when I wore these was just amazing…worth every penny. A few notes: - these are the “New” simple pumps, meaning there is a slight platform and they are FAR more comfortable than the original Simple Pump style. -100 size is almost exactly a 4” heel -39.5 in this shoe is more like a 9 in US sizing.
