Top with jacket, sheer with sequence

Tank background white with black flowers, small sequence in front jacket, long sleeve, sheer sequence background black as is the chest is 18 inches back up jacket 18 1/2 it does have stretchability, but I do not feel that this is an extra large to me. This would be a medium.
