TY for the offer. what's the ptp measurement on top and waist measurement laying flat? I know ot says oversized but just wanted to make sure of it fits me. TY

@charlenec81 good evening Charlene thanks for your interest. The top pit to pit is 24 inches without any stretch which there is plenty. Waste is 15 inches across laying flat. The elastic itself is an inch and a half wide very stretchy. If you do move forward with the purchase, I like to watch them by hand and hang them to dry as they 100% cotton this helps keep their shape, etc. thank you for your consideration. Warm regards Laura
