reneoflight59rp I received the pie plate, cranberry and it arrived in a hundred pieces. The postal service must of played soccer with it cuz you packed it well!

jojo20218 @reneoflight59rp Oh my. I am so sorry. I might have to start using ups and see if they do better. You can issue a claim with usps and they will refund you the price of the item and shipping. You will need the tracking number, packaging and item. Sometimes they will just issue a refund no questions asked other times they make you bring everything in to make sure it was packaged ok. I'm so so sorry.
