Vintage grandpa sweater v-neck textured knit medium tan beige

Vintage v-neck sweater. Brand just shows N" and there is no size tag. Super stretchy, measures approx 19" pit to pit. Fabric is nubby textured almost terry cloth like loops. I'm not sure decade - maybe 70s or 80s.
