Base is a rich red chiffon fabric topped with a sheer black chiffon overlay. Beautiful rhinestoned appliqués adorn the bodice and back to the waist in a fairy like abstract floral design. Semi-sheer back to the waistline. Many layers of tulle in the skirt to keep its shape. No need for an underskirt to puff it out. In very good to excellent condition.
