@lderose I purchased it in Paris in 2022 and I don’t have the receipt and I don’t have the box since I couldn’t fit it in my luggage. I’ve added the pictures of the strap. Thanks!

@geelco hi, I see an indentation in the picture of the strap, could you please say if it’s the inside of the strap or outside. Also what exactly is the damage in the other photo? It is not as clear so just would like some clarity.

@fatmama34 the marks are on the very top side of the strap that sits on the shoulder and it faces out. I had added a longer cross body chain strap and wore it twice. I stored the bag with the chain strap still attached and it made those marks. I bought another bag on that trip and I ended up carrying it more.
