If you have sensitive or finicky skin like me: I started at the weakest step, light blue, and used those every couple days. I don't think I needed to do those, my face tolerated Universals fine. I used Universals for about a month, every other day. Then I started the strongest ones, every other day. I got a burn after the second day and had to go back to using every few days.
