NWOT White House Black Market Chic Black and Red Paisley Halter Dress

Stylish halter dress with a bold paisley pattern. Features a mix of black, red, and white colors. Perfect for a trendy look. This is new the tag came off but the plastic is still there. I bought this and then didn’t wear it :-[. The shell is made of 95% polyester and % Spandex. Lining is made of 100% polyester. This is machine washable. Has wide band of elastic around chest. Ties around neck. Very comfy. Length measures 46 1/2”. Chest measures roughly 32”. Waist also measures 32” roughly has elastic so it has give and the dress is not fitted down below. Smoke free home. I love this dress!
