@cmasapollo, Hello, yes, it does just a little. It has a box-like shape but feels like a slight A-frame. It has a nice semi- fitted/relaxed fit. I've worn it with silky tops with evening attire and smart casual with knits, and it fits great both ways. It's very light weight as well. let me know if this helps.
