This hot pink, blue and black plaid, accordion pleated skirt from Tina Leser by Gabar New York buttons and zips on the side. This skirt is from the 1960s or earlier. The pleats are very thin and are permanent, they do not come out in the wash or need ironing. The skirt is in nice vintage condition. Please see the measurements because vintage size 12 is different than modern size 12. I'm not sure what the fabric is, I think orlon or poly.
