It measures 8.25" high when closed and 11" long with the seashell handles, and 8" wide. ***Please be aware it has multiple defects listed below.*** -It is missing the key and the wind-up piece at the back, so it does NOT play music. -Two of the starfish on top are broken. -The front latch is broken. -The hinges have some rusting. -One seashell is missing at one back bottom corner. -On top are two tiny pieces of sting barely sticking out that used to hold faux pearls. -There are typical scuffs and marks along with some wear to the finish, such as the edges.
