I added the letters and the skull patch for a concert. They probably should be sewn on but that’s not 1 of my talents lol! You could easily do that yourself or possibly remove them if you wanted. I’ve provided measurements so that you can get a better idea of the true size. I would say it’s a US women’s L - XL. It’s actually a Free People/We The Free, knock off really cute style!
