Amazing Full A-Line Skirt M/L

Waist 15" stretches to 21" Length 25" This skirt is amazing I hate that it does'nt fit me. This was made by a local seamstress. The skirt was ised one time. The bunching at the waistline is 4. The fabric is from a textiles firm in Hawaii. FThis will likely last generations. The fabric is very high quality but Im not sure what itvis, a polycotton I think. Thanks for looking💕
