Boots are new with defects.  Strike thru of brand name on insole.   Was used as display in store so might show slight signs of wear.  There is a very small knick on the left boot as shown in last picture. Made in Italy, Roger Vivier’s Viv Rangers Chelsea booties are styled with a slim round toe, gored sides, and a large metal buckle at the side.  Leather/polyester/elastane upper. Round toe. Pulls on.
