Gripper rubber strips on shoulder, can be worn off shoulder or on (inside). Jersey knit fabric Made in USA Midi length on most Bust: 17" flat --has stretch Waist: 18" flat--has stretch Length from shoulder: 44" Lining is a bit smaller/snugger than external dress. I'm a true 16 and this fits, but feels a bit too revealing/tight on me. Likely best fit a true XL/121/14 US.
