- this is such a colorfull & fun piece by the japanese brand hysteric glamour, which was made in the early 2000's/y2k era!! the sleeves, hem, and torso all have different fluorescent coloring, consisting of a pink, green, orange, and blue! this item is in near pristine conditions considering age, and has little to no pilling. worn once to a rave, and is unfortunately not my everyday style which is why im selling. marked a japanese size free, best fits a size small.
