This is a brand new blouse. It is a beautiful black and white stripe with a ruffle. It is very comfortable. It is gorgeous!! I absolutely love the blouse. I purchased the blouse and then I was diagnosed with cancer. I have lost so much weight from chemotherapy, I do not fit it any longer.
