This dress is gorgous and so fun to put on! Mostly white with a black layer of tulle over the top. Looks really cute if you add a belt too. This is new - but we took the tags off, never been warn. This dress is a little higher in the front than the back. Front of the skirt goes down about 31 inches from the waist hem, the back goes down about 45 inches from the waist hem. No stains, markings, rips or holes. Smoke free - pet free.
