Swarovski crystal star hairpin Empress Sisi style

Official Empress Sisi, Schloss Scönbrunn Edition. This was purchased in Vienna 9 years ago and appears to be no longer sold by official Schoenbrunn Palace or Sisi museum shops. Stones are genuine Swarovski crystals. I don't knownthe content of the metal, but similar items in this collection are rhodium plated so there is a chance this is as well. It's not tarnished, faded, spotted, or dull in any way. It's as brilliant and shiny as the day I bought it. This elegant sparkly hairpin emulates the infamous stars that the Empress wore in her most famous portrait by Winterhalter (see last image). This hairpin is an easy, understated, and affordable way to pay homage to her 27 stars, which were made of diamonds and pearls. Pin is 2 3/4" long Star is a hair over 5/8" in diameter Comes in original case.
