NWT Velzera black stripe off shoulder lace accent mini dress

Beautiful mini dress Color says black but it’s more of a darker gray/blue in my option. Has beautiful lace detailing along the neckline and arms. 3/4 sleeve. 100% cotton, linen feel. Has elastic along the top to keep it in place off the shoulder. There are a couple loose threads I noted in various seams. I also noticed a small spot on the front toward left bottom as pictured Pit to pit: 20in Length: 29in
