Misa Los Angeles dress floral w/ ruffles drawstring waist tassels fit & flare

Misa Los Angeles dress floral with ruffles at the top drawstring waist tassels tie on top it's in very good to excellent condition. I can't find a material label so I'm not sure what it's made of it does have two layers and the measurements when laying flat are 19 in from pit to pit and the length from the shoulder down is 45 in the underneath skirt layer is about 33 in
