This TEDDI skirt was originally a 3X…NOW ALTERED. I got it at an estate sale. It looks like the original owner altered it. See all pics. Waist measurement laying flat: 18”. Seems to be able to stretch to 21”. So would this be a 1X now? Length: front 32” and back 36” approximately.
