REI pullover, medium? See measurements

This mid weight hooded pullover sweater from REI has been well loved but has lots of life left. I'm not sure of the size, please refer to measurements. It could be a men's small or a women's medium. it has some minor discoloration on the arm which is pictured. Please see all the pictures as they are part of the description.
