Fully customizable. selling bag only. no strap or extra accessories. Does include include a dust bag. Handcrafted Italian leather made in Turkey. Has one inside pouch and two snap buttons. Stain on inside suede and corner rubs as seen in photos. There is no cracking on glazing and no tears , handles are intact. Dimensions 13-inch: H 10 in. x W 13.25 in. x D 5 in. Fits a 13-inch laptop. lisa_shopaholic @climberchic23 gotcha. I'm not sure. I was in the store recently in Boston. They felt about the same to me. but not sure if it is the style maybe. I love these bags. I have about 6. totes in different colors. . but i find for my work, I need the biggest tote . it's why selling off the smalls. the croco is gorgeous just to small for my needs. and in really good condition. let me know if I can answer any other questions.! 🥰

climberchic23 @lisa_shopaholic This is great to hear!! I love the way they look and I’ve been wanting one for a while, but see so many complaints about how the leather wears. The croc does seem to hold up really well at least tho! I’m strongly considering it :). Does it stay on your shoulder pretty well?

lisa_shopaholic @climberchic23 yo be honest i feel this new style of tote i find it does stay on better on my shoulder vs traditional. maybe it's just me and my skinny shoulders. 🤣 but when i over filled any of my cuyana totes like any tote, they can slip off. but this felt pretty sturdy the croco tote. I wish I had the larger version of this one. as I have tons to put in it. let me know if you have any other questions 😊

lisa_shopaholic @labrubach, oh, no stains. it's actually reflecting an orange box near it. . lol. I didn't even realize it until now.lol. no, no stains on the outside. . the only spot is on the inside bottom of the bag as seen on the photos.
