Halara maxi skirt in a beautiful, soft teal color with a very stretchy high waist band and attached mini shorts or almost panties. There is a crossover front which does cross over several inches so it doesn’t have to be as open as some of the photos show. This is the wonderful breezeful fabric that is so soft, lightweight, incredibly comfortable. I got this in and so wished that it was my size, I would totally keep it.
