@parisinpearls Oh no! That's way too soon. I'm not sure why they'd stop after being charged, and I don't even have an extra set to send. What options do we have in this situation?

@lizallendel that’s what I thought too. I’ve had my older pair for years. I only got the charge that they were sent with and I’ve tried everything imaginable 😭 I have no idea how we can rectify this 😭

@parisinpearls My only thought would be trying another cable, if you have one, and seeing if perhaps the cable has a cut in it or isn't working properly. I sent a case to the support center to see what options we have in this situation. Hopefully they can give us some ideas.

@lizallendel Thank you for doing this. I have tried multiple cables and even switched them to another charging case to no avail. It maybe that they are just too old which was the case with my former Gen2. The Gen2 is my favorite design but I may just have to go buy the Gen4 (I had Gen3 but didn’t like the fit).

@parisinpearls Okay, it's possible because of the age. We'll see what ideas the support center can give us. It says that they usually respond within 24 hours, but that may or may not include weekends. I'll keep you updated once I hear back from them.
