This is brand new never worn! Bought off of Amazon, so it did not come with tags only in a plastic bag. Purchased for my daughter. Love the gathering on the sleeves and the elastic neckline. Also love the bottom with the two ruffles. Approximate measurements are 17 1/2 inches pit to pit and 45 inches from shoulder to bottom of dress. This also has a side zipper for easy in and out that measures approximately 10 inches. Very comfortable dress that hides a lot of imperfections. As always, pet and smoke free home. Same day shipping!
