justaddglitter @judy_hayward it is an elastic waistband. It measures approximately 14" from seam to seam at the waist. If pulled tight it measures approximately 18".

justaddglitter @cmd99 no stains or rips. They were worn once and dry cleaned. The waist is approx. 3/4”. The seam from the waist band in the front to the waist band in the back is 28” approx. The pant legs at the hem are approx 12” from one seam to the other. They are wide legged.
