It’s made from solid 10k yellow gold. The hands hold a heart shaped blue topaz. I really love it and bought it simply because I’m partially Irish & have wanted one since I was a small child. I decided to sell it because I have way too much jewelry and found another one I rather have. This ring is stamped 10k and a super tiny stamp. Hard to see. It’s been acid tested and tests as 10K gold Blue Topaz is December birthstone Great condition. If you have it cleaned & polished it will be like a brand new ring. My naked eye sees no problems. I’m sure with a loupe you could find a scratch etc… Size 6 Since this is preowned I don’t have any dimensions on it.
