Vintage Kathy Gallagher M 80s Gray / Black Lightning Bolts Secretary Realness

An excellent used vintage condition. This is a really cute collared dress by Kathy Gallagher. The waist is elastic. The front is pleaded for extra space. The back has a cute covered button collar. The belt is not included, there are small belt loops on the sides, those could easily be cut off if you dont want to wear a belt with it The chest and length measurements are in the photos. I did not measure the waist as it is an elastic waste. This is a vintage 9/10, I would safely still call this and a size 8. I wear a size 10 and it does fit me though. It is fairly sheer so its recommended to have a slip or underdress with it.
