d.b.a. - l.a. Vintage Prarie Dress White & Blue Polka Dots This adorable vintage dress from d.b.a. - l.a. is white cotton with royal blue polka dots and features blue and white gingham trim, a high ruffled neck with a ribbon bow and button detail, lace trim and puffed sleeves. It is a thin cotton and is see-through. The waist is elasticized. There are loops where a belt would go, but the belt is missing. It is cute as is or you could add a blue ribbon or other skinny belt. SIZE TAG IS MISSING- PLEASE CHECK MEASUREMENTS! Measurements are laid flat approximately bust 18”; length 40” (This is shown on my Size 4/6 mannequin, but is too big and clipped in the back) There is a faint mark on the front near the hem (see marked picture). I spot washed and it lightened it, but didn’t fully come out. I think it may come out with a full wash, but not totally sure. Otherwise, in excellent vintage condition.
