This is one of the prettiest bags I have ever owned. Many many compliments. But this is definitely a rehab bag . I did my very best to picture all damage and flaws. There are scuff marks on the lower right front of the bag and lower right back of the bag. There is rubbing on the hardware and one place. One of the handles is missing heart of it, inner leather seal. One of the inside pocket is stained, and there is a tear on one side where the stitching needs to be redone. There is also a small scuff mark on the white leather coat tag and the Crossbody trout has a slight bend. I tried to picture all of these flaws. It can be worn without being fixed as all of the flaws are relatively unnoticeable. However, if the bag is really full, you will notice the tear on the side. Crossbody strap is detachable. 8”’H 20”L 4”W 20” is shortest strap drop. Can be longer by abou 6” Please see all pictures and ask questions if you have any regarding the condition of the bag.
