This dress is gorgeous in person. - Label is INC International Concepts - Size 4 - This dress is in great condition, but have a few lines in the fabric at the top (last photo) - Gorgeous yellow & navy floral pattern on a black background - V-neckline with ruffle - Adjustable straps - Elastic stretch waist - Ruffles along bottom - Lined - Armpit to armpit is 17” across when lay flat - Waist is 14” across when lay flat, unstretched - Top length is 13.5” from the strap starts to the waistline - Skirt length is about 26.5” at front where fabric crosses (shortest part) & 41” at the center of the back (longest part)
