oliviafoundit @kmehrten Hi! truly, it is the most well-made, beautiful dress I've sold. that's saying a lot. I stand by this 1000%. If you are NOT SATISFIED, I will refund this dress, unless size related. It's 40" shoulder to the mesh hem, but 38" from the shoulder to the liner hem!

kmehrten @oliviafoundit Thank you so much. The dress is beautiful. I’m a small gal and usually wear a size 0 or XS. I’m 5’3 and weigh about 98-100lbs. The length is perfect. I’m just not sure about the waist. A size 4 has always been way too big but maybe this brand runs small. I’m thinking about it and appreciate your help.
