Absolutely stunning black floral tie neck dress from Reformation! The Vivianne dress is a gorgeous viscose chiffon, and has a ruffle high neck that is open in the front and ties at the throat. Keyhole style, rainbow mini flowers and the skirt is pleated for extra flounce. A great formal dress, comes to right above the knees.
