Elizabeth and Phillip by Geoffrey Bocca: First Edition, 1953 This is a lovely copy of a vintage volume highlighting dramatic photographs of Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip & their children, Charles and Anne. A 1953 biographical of the the newly coronated Queen Elizabeth II & her family. This 248 page book shows the Royal Family in a variety of personal & ceremonial activities in the very effective black & white format. This is a beautiful copy in very good condition considering its 70+ years. There are no bent corners, wrinkles, writing or tears on any page. The paper is flexible, the binding is strong & intact & the volume does not appear to be greatly handled. There is no discernable odor as this volume has been lovingly stored indoors. The only stains that I see are on page 22 & 23 depicted. There are very faint spots close to the edge of the pages. These are the only pages with any mark. All the other pages have lightly yellowed with age but are perfectly clean as in page 88 & 89 depicted. The volume's decades old dust cover is in surprisingly good condition. Most of the copies of this book being sold today are missing the dust cover. There are only slight abrasions & tiny tears along the edges. I have included a picture. Please stretch and review carefully all included photographs for an accurate depiction of its condition.
