Classic royal blue and black sleeveless sheath dress with full back zipper. Full lining and small 5” slit in back. The front has flap of blue over black-see photo. Polyester blend with 4% spandex so somewhat stretchy. Has small belt loops if belt is added. Gently worn but still very good condition. 18” pit to pit 15 1/2” waist 36” length
