Black tassel boutique dress

Dress is new without tags. Was only tried on and didn’t fit. Dress says it’s a 2X but I think it would fit a large best. Dress has a lining and built and shorts, also breast pads. Pit to pit: 19 Length: 33 Dress has some see through mesh on the back, side and between breast.
