Many of these hats are one size and adjustable. If this isn't adjustable, could you provide the measurement, so I can see if it would fit. Is it from a smoke-free environment? Thank you.

@norwichterrier It is adjustable. Right above the tag in the last pic you can see the ribbon that is tied and can be pulled in to make it smaller. Max size looks like about 22". It's super cute but I changed hairstyles and never wore it.
