Vintage Y2K Royal Bones black corset tutu skirt dress

I bought this brand new like fifteen years ago or so, and wore it maybe once. It's a black dress with a faux corset bodice top. There isn't any boning in the bodice and the front clips don't unclip. The tutu skirt part has three layers and is very full. The dress zips up the back. It's a junior's size XXL. The chest measures about 18", the total length is about 26" (length measured from the top of the bodice to the bottom - not including straps), and the waist is about 16". The skirt part of the dress is very full and will fit a variety of hip sizes. Those measurements were taken while the item was laying flat. The material has some stretch.
