Rise is 31in, color is almost black but a tinge of navy blue. I think it’s called smoky navy, sold out in this color. Has pockets! Great condition, still super soft and stretchy. No holes or any issues, it was just a bit tight on me. Waist:10in Rise:maybe about 7.5ish since it’s crisscrossed Leg opening:about 9in
