Callout - side trimmings covering side rings are loose. Can be cut off.
Shows some signs of wear and use and has some faded color. I believe this is vintage but I cannot see a date code to say that for certain.

Hi! Can you provide more context about the loose side trimmings? I’m not sure what that means. Could they be glued instead of trimmed? Another photo would be helpful. Thank you!

@styleiconmn I added more photos. Not sure if gluing would fix it. I honestly think its no big deal. It adds to the boho look of the bag but it of course depends on one’s preference. Thanks for asking!!
