Aquamarine stone and faux diamond ring

gold tone metal aquamarine colored stone-glass or real? faux diamond on the inside band, it looks like a 7 is stamped inside but on my ring sizer it measures a 6.75 there is also some sort of writing on the inside of the band, but I can't make it out even with a loupe was my grandmother's. Worn a few times. Minor marks on back of band from normal wear. Otherwise, good condition.
