Parker Mini Dress Multicolored Striped Boho Vibe XS

Really cute dress. I wish my pictures portrayed it better. V-neck with tie front. The center waist is smocked and stretchy so you can blouse the top or wear it pulled down. The pit to pit measures 18 inches and the length is 29 inches (give or take depending on how you adjust the center). Great color combo of black, blue purple and pink. Excellent condition.
