Wildly fashion forward, imo. Very striking, you’ll get noticed. Looks amazing over a track suit in blue, purple, hot pink or black with adidas or black boots. Note the fore-shortened sleeves so you can “shoot the cuffs” of your track suit. Super vivid/neon. I’d keep this myself, but I just don’t look great in these deep and intense electric colors.
