NWT Blank NYC skirt, size 29. It's made of a cotton/spandex blend fabric that's lightweight with just a little stretch, has 2 front and back pockets, button and zipper and closure, laced style down the sides along with functioning zippers, raw hem along the bottom, and it comes in solid black. It's brand new and has never been worn. Waist- 32 inches around Length from waist- 13 inches (not including the fringe on the raw hem)
