@rochel914 I apologize for the delay. I didn’t see your message until now. Samantha was played with by myself as a child and then by my niece. I would say the limbs aren’t tight but they aren’t hanging off, either. They move freely. Please let me know if you have any other questions or would like any additional pictures.
