Signature logo on backside “OB” likely refers to Ocean Beach Calif. fine jewelry maker. The center is an unknown material resembling sea shell made into a flower & leaves. The second is a cuff hair tie that resembles “tiger eye” reflection but is likely striped tortoise shell measuring approximately 2” length 1” wide on a large black elastic band. Both are gently used.
